Booking at Willow House caravan park
Please give us a call to make a booking. We will take your details, inc. your caravan club membership if booking for the CL site. So please have this to hand. To confirm a booking we require a full payment in advance. This can be paid by debit or credit card over the phone. You will receive a booking confirmation via email.
We are open to take reservations Thursday- Monday 9am- 5pm. Tuesday & Wednesdays our staff will answer when possible. Please do leave a voicemail if they cannot reach the phone. We will call back as soon as possible!
We can accept: MasterCard, Visa and Debit Cards – We cannot accept Amex, JCB or other commercial cards. There is no surcharge for card payments.
We no longer accept cheques as a form of payment.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Sometimes we all need to cancel our plans, we understand that, and we are happy to honour pre-paid bookings and allow date changes up to 14-days prior to arrival, dependant on availability. Within 14-days an admin charge of £5 will be applied.
We will refund cancelled reservations minus the cost of your first nights stay, up to 14 days prior to arrival. If you cancel within 14-days, no refund shall be given.
Refunds will not be given for no shows. We recommend that you consider insurance to cover the risk of loss due to unavoidable cancellation.
Please Note: The owners have the right to refuse admission to any caravans/tents/vehicles or guests which they consider unsuitable.
