On Site Facilities

facilitiesOur new wet-room block opened on the main park at Easter 2013, and has been well received by all who have stayed since.  Finished to a high standard, we aim to keep all 4 of the heated wet-rooms in tip-top condition, all we ask you to do is mop them out after use.

The new block also features a lit wash-up area and rubbish collection point.

The Laundry and Disabled facilities are in the main reception building, and can be accessed 24/7.

The Farm Shop & Café is a lovely escape from cooking for yourself, and they do amazing breakfasts and Sunday Lunches!  There is even a discount for OAP’s on Wednesdays!

The Reliance Bus Service [www.reliancebusses.co.uk] stops at the end of the drive once an hour, on average, throughout the day heading to York and the beautiful market town of Easingwold.

There is also an onsite dog walk around the ponds, and just to the right hand side of the site and left through the gate you can meander into the Millennium Wood for a slightly longer walk. Dogs must remain on a lead at all times on the site.

There is also a beck-side walk from the rear of the site into Wigginton, with access to Wigginton Village Store and the Black Horse Pub.

Each touring pitch is on hard standing, with an electric hook up and water never more than a few pitches away.

New to the site in 2013 came The Little Hide [www.thelittlehide] Luxury Camping Pods.  Run as a separate entity, they could be a great place for friends and family to stay for a night while you are staying on site.  (Please note that The Little Hide is also adult only).  Please contact Donna on 077 131 94 299 for more information or visit the website!
